Adapting Design to Meet Needs

As usage changes, so do needs. In this Behance case study, we share how we redesigned the checkout process for Mercado Pago.

After a long and challenging journey involving different teams across technology, design, writing, and product, we are thrilled with what we accomplished – the redesign of the checkout from Mercado Libre to Mercado Pago. Not only have we successfully streamlined the payment process, but we have also documented the journey, allowing us to continue improving the design to meet evolving needs.

 

Over the course of nearly two years, various teams worked together to create a quick payment experience that provides all the necessary elements for paying at a store on a single screen with a single tap.

I like to think that when media and technology change and alter the environment, people change too.
